At Lynth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges for our custom 3D printed lighting products.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Production
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
- No cancellation fees apply during this period
- Contact us immediately to request cancellation
During Production
- Once production begins, cancellation may incur a 25-50% fee
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
- Fee depends on production stage and materials used
After Shipping
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please refer to our return policy below.
2. Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and documentation included
- No signs of damage from misuse or mishandling
- Return authorization obtained from customer service
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items damaged due to customer negligence
- Products returned after 30 days
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- Original payment method will be credited
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- Email confirmation sent when refund is processed
Refund Amount
- Full refund for defective or damaged products
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
- Restocking fee may apply for certain items (15-20%)
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items shipped
- Damaged products during shipping
- Size or color variations (subject to availability)
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We'll cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Do not discard any items until claim is resolved

- Full replacement at no additional cost
- Full refund including original shipping
- Partial refund for minor cosmetic issues
- Repair service where applicable
