1. Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order using advanced 3D printing technology:
- Standard products: 5-10 business days for production
- Custom orders: 10-15 business days for production
- Large or complex items: 15-20 business days for production
- Order processing begins after payment confirmation
2. Domestic Shipping
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after production
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after production
- Priority Overnight: Next business day after production (select areas)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200
3. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations:
- Delivery time: 10-20 business days after production
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Tracking provided for all international shipments
- Additional documentation may be required for certain countries
4. Packaging
We take special care in packaging our 3D printed products:

- Contact us if your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
- We'll arrange replacement or refund as appropriate
- Lost packages are investigated with the carrier
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
